Personal Data Processing Consent
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, I hereby freely, of my own will and in my interest, give my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by Pavel Olegovich Zhukov, Sole Proprietor (OGRNIP 317502900009144, INN 501849988146), registered at: Korolev, Yana Rainisa 3, apt. 23 (hereinafter — the Operator).
- Consent covers the processing of personal data that may include: name, phone number, email.
- The Operator may perform the following actions: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; blocking; deletion; destruction.
- Processing methods: both with and without automation tools.
- Purpose of processing: providing me with services/works, including sending notifications about services/works, preparing and sending answers to my requests, and sending information about the Operator’s events/products/ services/works.
- The consent is valid until withdrawn by sending a notification to pavel@archeon.io or to the Operator’s address above.
- If I withdraw my consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing my personal data without consent on the grounds provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.
